The Best Connection is hiring a Night Warehouse Operative in Reading to work in a freezer environment. You will handle stock picking, maintain high pick accuracy, and perform general warehouse duties while supporting a busy team.

Shifts include Sunday to Thursday with a night schedule, and the role offers competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, and full training to help you progress in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Experience using LLOP systems is advantageous.

Pay & time of shifts:

• NIGHT Shift: 22:00 - 06:00 £17.61/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking stock accurately using LLOP systems.
• Maintaining a pick accuracy rate of 90-100%.
• Ensuring orders are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
• Collaborating effectively with your team to meet daily targets.
• Performing general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and stock management.

Requirements:

• Experience using LLOP is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically capable of lifting (25kg), loading, and carrying items.
