Manpower, Inc. is recruiting an FLT Operator in Farnborough (GU14 6JF) to safely operate forklift trucks during night shifts. The role includes loading/unloading, stock movement, picking, and daily checks, with training and health & safety emphasized.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence - in house training certificates are accepted.
• Previous FLT experience.
• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and a proactive approach.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in a similar packing or warehouse role is essential.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• A commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate an FLT to load and unload HGVs and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
• Move stock around the warehouse.
• Complete picking and put-away tasks.
• Carry out daily vehicle and safety checks.
• Use warehouse systems including scanners and EWM.
• Follow Health & Safety and site procedures at all times.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and follow 5S principles.
• Work closely with the Production and Warehouse teams.
• Support continuous improvement activities across site.
