Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a Warehouse/FLT Operative for its Exeter Hub, working nights 22:30 to 07:30, Monday to Friday. You will locate, pick and pack orders, navigate palletised goods, and load vehicles for deliveries. A valid Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence is required.

Experience in warehouse operations and stock management is preferred. The role offers benefits including a bonus scheme, extensive annual leave, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: Proven Warehouse & FLT experience with stock management understanding.
• LICENCE: Hold a valid in-date Counterbalance or Reach FLT Licence.
• COMMUNICATION: Good approach to interacting with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all inward & outward stock movements for the Hub efficiently, following procedures and using IT systems.
• Pick and pack goods to fulfill customer orders safely and efficiently.
• Maintain stock integrity and complete cycle counts and stock takes.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure stored goods are tidy and in the correct place.
• Operate mechanical handling equipment in line with procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies in daily activities.
