Job summary

Rexel UK Ltd is seeking a Warehouse/FLT Operative for the Exeter Hub, with Monday to Friday night shifts (22:30 - 07:30). The role involves locating, picking, packing orders, and preparing goods for delivery using MHE vehicles.

A valid Counterbalance licence and solid warehouse experience are essential. You will support stock movements, ensure accuracy in cycle counts, and uphold health and safety standards daily in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid in-date Counterbalance licence is required.
• Proven warehouse and FLT experience needed.
• Understanding of stock management processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all inward and outward stock movements for the Hub efficiently, following procedures and using IT systems where appropriate.
• Pick and pack goods to fulfil customer orders in a timely and safe manner.
• Manage and maintain stock integrity and complete cycle-counts and stock-takes.
• Maintain housekeeping standards so goods are stored tidily and in the correct place.
• Use mechanical handling equipment where relevant and safe.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies in daily activities.
