Job summary

Watts Farms is seeking a Warehouse Cleaning Operative for the night shift to join our dedicated team. The role is full-time and permanent, with hours 20:00–06:00 on a rota basis, 5 shifts out of 7.

You will keep the warehouse and yard clean, dispose of waste, and assist with order picking when required, while maintaining a safe, tidy environment. Reliability, strong work ethic and good communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and yard during the night shift.
• Segregate and dispose of waste materials.
• Empty rubbish bins/cages regularly.
• Complete cleaning records accurately and on time.
• Assist with replenishment and picking orders when required.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment and cover related cleaning tasks when needed.

Are you looking for a full-time warehouse cleaning role with an immediate start? We are looking for a Warehouse Cleaning Operative to join our dedicated and hard-working Night Warehouse team!

Working hours are 20:00 - 06:00 on a rota basis working 5 shifts out of 7.

You will be working on a full time, permanent basis.

A strong work ethic and reliability will be required to be successful in this role.

What you will be doing:

• The cleanliness of the warehouse and yard during the night shift
• The segregation and disposal of waste materials
• Emptying rubbish bins / cages on a regular basis
• The timely and accurate completion of cleaning records
• Assisting with replenishment and picking orders when required
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
• Assisting with facilities and office cleaning tasks to cover holiday/absence

• Dependable and selfmotivated
• Respecting of rules and regulations
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues
• Previous experience within a warehouse environment would be an advantage
