Job summary

Cencora in Leeds is seeking a Night Forklift Operative to join our warehouse team. You will operate a VNA forklift to move, replenish and store stock during the night shift, ensuring stock accuracy and safe procedures. Shift pattern includes nights with a 33% allowance for hours 00:00–06:00.

The role requires a valid VNA FLT licence, warehouse experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on nights. This is a full-time position with-night shift compensation.

Qualifications

• Previous VNA FLT experience and a valid licence.
• Experience within a warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on nights.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a VNA Forklift Truck.
• Move, store, and replenish stock within the warehouse.
• Ensure stock is accurately located and recorded.
• Complete replenishment tasks to support picking operations.
• Check goods for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.
• Achieve productivity targets and follow procedures.
• Support wider warehouse activities as required.
