Purosearch Ltd. is recruiting a Night Veterinary Surgeon for a 24-hour hospital in Stockport. The role involves sole-charge overnight care of inpatients and out-of-hours emergencies, supported by a dedicated night nursing team and an extensive caseload.

You will work a 7-on, 14-off rota, with access to advanced diagnostics including CT and ultrasound, plus endoscopy and other facilities. The hospital supports CPD and aims for gold-standard care in a balanced, rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced veterinary surgeon for night/EMU duty.
• Confident in emergency and critical care with solo-charge responsibility.
• Comfortable working in a 24-hour hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Caring for inpatients and treating out-of-hours emergency cases.
• Operate in sole-charge during night shifts with support from a nursing team.
• Contribute to gold-standard medicine and ongoing clinical development.
