A leading mental health service provider is seeking a Night Unit Coordinator (RMN/RNLD) to oversee the delivery of care at their facility. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring high-quality service, and working 38.5 hours per week during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in mental health services.

Cygnet Hospital Harrow provides a recovery focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems. We also offer specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with mental health needs and who also have a dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.Our acute in-patient psychiatric services offer assessment, diagnosis and treatment for individuals with a wide range of psychological and emotional problems, including those who are detained under the Mental Health Act.
Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK.
