GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Transport Supervisor for the NHS Supply Chain contract at its Alfreton site. The role is full-time and permanent with night shifts Sunday-Wednesday and Thursday-Friday.

You will lead a high-energy team, drive transport performance, and ensure compliance and customer service excellence. The successful candidate will have leadership experience in transport/logistics, CPC qualifications, and a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within transport or logistics.
• Experience working with agency providers and carriers.
• International CPC holder.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislative and corporate requirements relating to transport.
• Manage cost and service in line with KPIs.
• Ensure OTIF quality standards are maintained.
• Oversee Audit Compliance for tacho and drivers hours at the site.
