Night Transport Co Ordinator

Location: Northampton
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Shift Hours: 22:00 - 06:00

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive individual with a passion for logistics to join their team, a leading haulage company, as a Night Transport Coordinator!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate night transport operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
2. Manage driver schedules and routes to optimise performance and reduce delays.
3. Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
4. Monitor transport compliance with regulations and company policies.
5. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicles, and driver performance.

Requirements:

1. Experience in logistics, transport coordination, or a related field.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in transport management systems and Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to work independently during night shifts.
6. Some Loading & Unloading.
7. Require an in date FLT licence.
