Job summary

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Dundee is seeking a Night Team Member to deliver outstanding guest experiences across the full guest journey. You will be the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction, ensuring smooth front desk operations.

As our next Night Team Member:

• You will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.
• You will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks, being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.
• You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s policies.
