What you'll be doing...

• Are you a night owl who enjoys the quiet energy of late hours? Join our team to keep the hotel running smoothly while the world sleeps!
• Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, ensuring everything is organized for the morning team.
• Be the point of contact for guest requests during the night, such as room service or extra pillows, providing comfort in the early hours.
• Maintain the lobby and public areas, preparing the hotel for a fresh start each morning.
• Monitor safety and security through regular checks to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay.
• Coordinate with the early morning team for a seamless shift handover, preparing everyone for the day ahead.

What We Need From You

• A natural night owl comfortable working late hours.
• Friendly and welcoming, able to provide service with a smile, even at 3 a.m.
• Detail-oriented with good numerical skills, especially for audits and reports.
