They also need routines and reassurance to feel safe through the night. As Night Team Leader, you'll guide your colleagues through these challenges, stepping in with authority and ensuring the home remains secure until morning.

  • Support young people who are at risk of self-harm or going missing.
  • Respond to safeguarding concerns and incidents with professionalism.
  • Supervise and mentor colleagues to build their confidence.
  • Ensure records are kept and handovers are clear.
  • Be able to drive when required for emergencies (full UK licence needed).
What We\'re Looking For

This role needs confident leaders who can keep calm in unpredictable moments:

  • Experience supporting young people with self-harm or missing-from-home risks.
  • Skilled in safeguarding, ligature awareness, and mental health support.
  • Confident supervising teams and giving clear direction.
  • Resilient when hearing difficult or unsettling disclosures.
  • Physically fit, dependable, and proactive.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
Benefits Working at SuperCare

We\'ll reward your leadership with sector-leading support:

  • Salary 20% above sector norms.
  • 36 days of training each year.
  • Fully funded Level 3 Diploma (if not already achieved).
  • Private healthcare and 24/7 GP access.
  • Gym stipend and wellbeing package.
  • Pension and bonus scheme.
  • Free parking and communal cars.
  • Progression into Deputy Manager roles.
