Simply Education Ltd. is recruiting a Night Support Worker for a residential home in Meldreth, Cambridgeshire. This full-time night role offers full training and the chance to gain a funded Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.

You'll support young adults with complex learning disabilities, helping with routines, personal care, wellbeing checks and light housekeeping, with a rota that includes alternate weekends. A caring, patient attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to learn and a caring attitude are essential.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as part of a rota.

Responsibilities

• Ensure young adults feel safe and supported during the night.
• Assist with bedtime and morning routines and personal care as needed.
• Conduct wellbeing checks and perform light housekeeping as required.
