Job summary

The YOU Trust is seeking a Night Support Worker in Waterlooville to provide safe, person-centred support for clients with learning disabilities in a supported living setting. The role is part-time (average 13.5 hours per week) with three night shifts over a two-week period (21:45–07:15).

Salary is accompanied by a night allowance; the post is permanent and requires the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not offered, and training opportunities are provided by the charity.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting people with a variety of needs including personal care, money management, accessing the community and household chores
• Good communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, and written
• Good IT Skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred support to boost clients' independence.
• Support clients during night shifts and in a Supported Living setting.
• Be flexible, patient, caring, and kind in daily duties.
