Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Night Support Worker to provide compassionate, one-to-one care for a gentleman in his late 50s living in Winkleigh. You will support personal care, medication administration and mobility during the night shift, building trust over time.

You will join a friendly team, receive full training and ongoing support from the Care Manager, with a set rolling rota. This is a zero-hours contract; drivers are preferred due to the rural location.

Qualifications

• Be kind, patient and caring with the ability to provide genuine support.
• Ability to deliver night-time personal care and basic assistance with meds.
• Willingness to drive when required due to rural location.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated one-to-one night support for the individual.
• Assist with personal care, medication and mobility as needed.
• Work with the care team to maintain a consistent routine.
• Engage warmly to help the client feel comfortable and valued.
