Job summary

Cygnet Newham House is seeking a Night Support Worker to join a 20-bed neuropsychiatric unit in Tees Valley. The role focuses on enhanced, individual care including physical and emotional support, safeguarding, and a safe environment.

The post is night shift, 42 hours per week, with DBS checks a requirement. Applicants will support women with complex neurological conditions and will be offered professional development and a range of employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all people in the service.
