We Change Lives is seeking a Learning Disability Night Support Worker in Ellesmere Port. This on-site role supports residents with learning disabilities and various needs, including personal care, community activities, and wellbeing.

Training is provided on the job, flexibility with sleep-ins and day shifts is available. Ideal candidates will have Makaton experience and a UK driving license, with a compassionate, patient approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with Makaton communication.
• Full UK driver's license.
• Willingness to engage in the hobbies of the residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to learning disability residents in a night and day setting.
• Assist residents with personal care while respecting dignity and privacy.
• Engage residents in activities and social engagement aligned with their interests.
