Autism Initiatives is seeking caring individuals to join our Supported Living service in Eccleston as Night Shift Support Workers (Driver). The role is based in Lancashire with shifts that typically run from 22:00 to 08:00.

The position is 35 hours per week, with a salary of £23,769.27 per annum, and a UK driving license is required. Full training is provided, and there are opportunities for progression, DBS paid by the company, and a range of staff benefits.

Formación

• Requires a valid UK driving license.
• Experience not required as we provide full training.
• Commitment to learning about the individuals' needs and providing flexible support.

Responsabilidades

• Support autistic adults to live as independently as possible during night hours.
• Help maintain residents’ home, including light cleaning duties as needed.
• Provide reassurance, personal care where required, and responsive support during waking nights.
