Location: Rockland St. Mary, Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: £14.68/hour (Weekdays) | £15.20/hour (Weekends)
Hours:Nights / Full-Time / 40 hours/week (20:00–08:00) Potential to offer contracted hours for the right candidate.

We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our specialist complex care team, supporting a young adult male in a warm, welcoming home in Rockland St. Mary, just outside Norwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about health and social care, looking to make a meaningful difference in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

About the Client

Our client is a charismatic young man in his 20s with a wide range of interests—from Peppa Pig to world politics, baking, quiz shows, and football (he’s a big Chelsea FC fan!). He’s known for his kind heart, great sense of humor, and love for people.

Your Role as a Support Worker

As a Complex Care Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centered care in the following areas:

  • Personal care (bowel, urinary, and hygiene routines)
  • Night-time BiPAP support
  • Medication administration
  • Suctioning and manual handling
  • Physiotherapy assistance
  • Transportation to appointments and outings

Note: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a care setting (ideally with young adults or children)
  • Complex care experience is a plus (training provided)
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Dependable, sociable, and proactive personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
