Hours: Waking nights (4 on / 4 off)

£29,936 - £32,888 assuming good attendance

Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day-to-day life, supporting them through high highs and low lows. Our night support workers help young people regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults. This role involves challenges but also small victories that make a huge difference.

Our homes cater to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for the best outcomes. Our night support workers find fulfillment in making positive impacts, celebrating small wins.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support during severe trauma, illness, upset, or sleep issues.
  • Building trust and rapport with young people.
  • Completing tasks like paperwork, cleaning, and laundry during quieter times.

Working here is meaningful, focusing on individual needs and guiding young people toward positive futures.
