Job summary

Cygnet Group’s Fairways home in Suffolk is seeking a confident Night Support Worker to join our night shift team. You’ll work 39.8 hours weekly in a residential setting, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You’ll help with daily living, medicine, and safeguarding while promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Work 39.8 hours a week in residential care home with adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
• Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users.
• Offer guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
• Safeguard and maintain a safe environment for all.
