Overview

We are looking for a confident NightSupport Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working full time, 42hours a week, night shifts only making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Morgan House.

Morgan House to a 5 bed mixed gender mental health continuing care service located in Blythe Bridge, Stoke on Trent. The unit will provide care and support for service users stepping down from mental healthcare hospital and provide a care pathway with individualised needs based support plans including support from a Multidisciplinary Professional team similar to other continuing care units operated by Cygnet.
