Supporting People In Need (SPIN) is expanding our team! We're looking for two compassionate, reliable, and committed individuals to join us as Night Support Workers, helping to provide a safe and supportive environment for our residents during the evening and overnight hours.

About the Role:

As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be a key part of our frontline team, providing overnight supervision, emotional support, and emergency response to vulnerable adults who have experienced homelessness. You’ll also ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents, carry out regular checks, and maintain a calm, respectful environment throughout the night.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working in a similar support or care role (desirable)

Calm and confident in dealing with emergencies

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for helping vulnerable people rebuild their lives

Ability to work night shifts on a rota basis
