About The Role

Night Support Workers

About The Home

Welcome to Anam Cara, located in the quiet hamlet of Friesthorpe. Anam Cara offers a full range of leisure, sporting, and recreational activities. Young people participate in physical education, animal husbandry, and outdoor activities such as shopping trips, rock climbing, and sailing.

Duties

As a Night Practitioner, you will be an integral part of the team at Anam Cara. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting with personal care, toileting, bathing, and dressing routines while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Creating and maintaining positive relationships with the people we support.
• Ensuring the physical, emotional, behavioral, and cultural needs of the people we support are met, recorded, and reviewed.
• Maintaining a safe and caring environment, involving domestic duties.

Working Week

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Shifts operate from 19:30 to 07:30.
