Criteria

1. No experience needed (fully funded training provided).
2. A supportive individual with lots of patience and understanding.
3. Ability to help with budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and seeking desired activities.
4. Applicants must be over the age of 21.
5. A caring nature and an understanding of what good support looks like.
6. A car driver is essential due to the location of the service.
7. Successful applicants will need to complete pre-employment checks and a DBS check.

Job Duties

As a Senior Night Support Worker, you will serve as a positive role model for the young people supported. Your focus will be to assist with their evening routines, including activities and hobbies, which may be on or off-site. You will communicate with parents and team support workers to ensure medical needs are met. You will provide emotional support, be a good listener, and encourage independence and daily living skills, fostering motivation and confidence in the young people.
