We are looking for a confident Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Please note applicants must be able to drive and have their own car due to no public transport in the area.

You'll be working 43.75 hours a week, 12 hour shifts from 19.45 - 7:45am on a 2 week rolling rota, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Broughton House.

Broughton House is a 29 bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
