A leading care provider is looking for a Children's Support Worker in the Poole area. This role involves supporting a non-verbal boy with complex health needs during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will be kind, flexible, and possess good communication skills. Training and ongoing support are provided along with benefits like accrued holiday pay and a flexible contract.

We'd like you to join us as a Children’s Support Worker at our young clients home in Poole.
Meet the Client:
I am 11y years old. I have complex care needs and am non verbal. I need compassionate carers who will take time to get to know me , so that you can more easily read my non verbal communication . Additionally, be quick thinking and proactive to keep me safe at night. I particularly like music and can hum you lots of tunes. Mummy says I am an easy boy, getting to know me is key and if you take time to know me , I really am and your time supporting me will be very rewarding.

This role is to support a young boy with complex health needs in his family home overnight. This will involve supporting him with his clinical equipment. Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
