Job summary

Hollybank Trust in Mirfield (WF14) is seeking experienced Night Support Workers for both full-time and part-time roles. The position offers 12.5-hour night shifts with enhanced pay for Bank Holidays and Overtime, and a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable people with Enhanced DBS checks required.

About You

We are looking for caring, reliable and experienced individuals who:

• Have previous experience working in a UK care home, residential care setting, supported living service, or similar care environment
• Are confident providing person-centred support
• Have a compassionate and professional approach
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
• Are committed to delivering high-quality care and support

Hollybank Trust is committed to Safeguarding vulnerable people, and our Safer Recruitment process requires all employees to have an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with our Recruitment & Selection policy.

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
