Job summary

Cartref Homes UK Ltd is seeking a Night Support Worker in Sittingbourne to provide compassionate care for adults with intellectual disabilities and related needs. You will work 4 night shifts weekly, from 9:45 pm to 7:45 am, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and accurate record-keeping.

The role emphasizes empathy, resilience, and strong communication. Training is provided, with DBS checks supported, and various benefits offered to support a balanced work life.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities is preferred.
• Care Certificate is optional but beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the needs of service users during night hours.
• Maintain a clean and tidy home environment.
• Complete necessary record keeping.
