An established industry player is seeking a Night Support Coach to provide vital support to individuals with complex needs. ABOUT THE NIGHT SUPPORT COACH ROLE
As a Night Support Coach, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs. Working in a trauma-informed and psychologically informed environment (PIE), you will offer guidance, interventions, and practical support to empower residents on their journey to recovery, reablement, and independence.
Penrose Drive IAP: Supports high-risk offenders supervised by the Probation Service, housing up to 25 men. The service ensures public protection through 24/7 staffing, curfews, and a programme addressing offending behaviour and risk reduction.
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday including alternative weekends. Shifts can include 3 nights per week including 13.5-hour onsite, face-to-face shifts (including a 1-hour unpaid break) between 20:00 - 09:30.
LOCATION: Service 10 minutes walk from Elephant & Castle tube station.
