The role requires a calm, dependable leader able to manage guest needs and staff performance while upholding hotel procedures and providing clear handovers to senior management.

• This role suits someone who is dependable, confident, and reassuring-able to support guests, lead colleagues, and maintain structure during overnight operations. Using Human Givens principles, the focus is on providing security, order, and clear leadership when guests and teams need it most.
• Remains calm, organised, and reassuring under pressure
• Enjoys leading a small team during overnight operations
• Takes pride in maintaining a safe, orderly, well-managed environment
• Is confident handling guest situations independently
• Has experience in a Night Supervisor, Night Porter, or similar hotel role
