What you'll be doing...

  • If you're a night owl who loves the quiet buzz of late hours, join our team to keep the hotel running smoothly while the world sleeps!
  • Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and assist them with check-ins, check-outs, and other needs.
  • Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, ensuring everything is organized for the morning team.
  • Be the go-to for guest requests during the night, such as room service or extra pillows, providing comfort in the early hours.
  • Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming, preparing the hotel for a fresh start each morning.
  • Monitor safety and security through regular checks to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful night.
  • Coordinate with the early morning team to hand over a seamless shift, ensuring readiness for the day ahead.
