Job summary

Eurest UK, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor for a full-time role based in Dartford. The position oversees all Eurest catering and service operations, with a 37.5-hour week and night shifts throughout the week.

You will manage kitchens and service counters to deliver exceptional food experiences, drive KPIs, and uphold health and safety standards. Eurest offers career progression and a focus on people development within a large workplace catering network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Experience supervising teams in a catering/food service environment.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards in catering settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to high standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain service and quality.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold Eurest brand image.
• Liaise between customers and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support teams to enable excellence in their roles.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Eurest on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
