The Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Supervisor to join the team on a casual basis. You’ll support the Night Manager in leading the Night team, providing guests and visitors with a warm welcome and exceptional customer care. You’ll handle guest comments and complaints empathetically, aiming to resolve issues before departure. You’ll be responsible for the safety and welfare of guests and the hotel, conducting regular patrols and ensuring standards of cleanliness, safety, and appearance are maintained. You’ll also ensure the hotel is well-presented and ready for the morning, with a keen eye for detail.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a Night Supervisor with previous experience working nights in a hotel or hospitality environment. Ideally, you’ll have leadership experience in a supervisory role. As Night Supervisor, you’ll be committed to high standards, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring all hotel and safety standards are met. Dedication, teamwork, and a proactive approach are essential.
