Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Night Supervisor to oversee our night team and ensure smooth hotel operations during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Night Team: Manage and oversee the night team, ensuring high performance.
• Safety: Enforce security and safety procedures throughout the shift.
• Guest Service: Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Security Checks: Conduct regular security inspections.
• Support: Assist hotel staff with various tasks during the night.
• Maintenance & Housekeeping: Help with maintenance or cleaning as needed.
• Room Setup: Prepare meeting rooms and other areas.
• Food & Beverage: Serve food and drinks when required.
• Check-In/Out: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Emergency Response: Address any emergencies promptly.
• Reporting: Prepare reports for management.
