£34,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Transport Supervisor - Marston Gate/Bedfordshire

Responsibilities:

• Support the Transport Manager in managing the transport operation on site.
• Report any non-compliance to the Transport Manager.
• Ensure the safe delivery of products and the administration of paperwork to a high-quality standard.
• Carry out Driver debriefs on a daily basis.
• Deal with day-to-day Driver issues (e.g., uniform, daily driver checks, vehicle cleanliness, etc).
• Liaise with drivers, maintenance and breakdown recovery companies in relation to vehicle breakdowns.
• Ensure vehicle checks are carried out on a daily basis.
• Work in a safe manner - in line with H&S policy and procedures.

You will be working 45 hours a week, Sunday to Thursday starting 23:00 to 08:00am and it will be a 9 hour shift.
