Job summary

Malmaison Brighton is seeking a Night Supervisor to oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise, ensuring guest expectations are met and brand standards are maintained.

You will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service, supporting the team, and exploring internal development opportunities within Malmaison.

Qualifications

• The Night Supervisor role requires delivering high guest service standards.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous.

The Night Supervisor is instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained.
