• Deliver Store Change Plan ensuring resources and hours are used effectively.
• Identify and resolve root-cause issues with long-term solutions.
• Prioritise colleague safety and ensure legal trading through safety tools.
• Stay curious and find opportunities to better serve customers, communities and the planet.
