Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited, Worle Store in Weston-super-Mare, is recruiting for a part-time night-shift role on a fixed-term basis until 9 January 2027. You’ll help prepare the store, stock shelves overnight, and assist customers when trained, across various departments.

The rate is £13.23 per hour, with an extra £2.45 night-shift premium where applicable; shifts run 21:00–07:00. Applicants must have Right to Work in the UK and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Getting the store ready for the day ahead by filling shelves and working at a steady pace during the night.
• Keeping your workspace tidy for colleagues and ensuring aisles are clean and presentable for customers.
• Collecting and moving stock safely from the warehouse to the shopfloor, including heavy equipment and containers.
• Working across different parts of the store, including chilled and frozen areas.
• Using equipment, handsets and digital systems to complete work accurately and safely.
• Helping in other areas when needed, including picking online orders or serving customers at checkouts once trained.
