John Lewis Partnership is hiring a Supermarket Assistant for a Southend-on-Sea store (Waitrose & Partners). You willStock shelves, fulfil online orders, and support the team across various duties while ensuring a safe, tidy shop floor.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to work with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Awareness of food and drink trends is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and correctly placed.
• Fulfil online customer orders for driver delivery to customers' doors.
• Reduce wastage via due diligence and timely markdowns.
• Support shop team with checkout, Click & Collect, and other customer orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
