Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is hiring a Supermarket Assistant for Waitrose in Tonbridge. You will help deliver our Partner-led service, stock shelves, and process online orders, contributing to a welcoming customer experience.

Hours are 12 per week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 21:00–07:00. Previous customer-facing experience is welcomed, with a passion for food and willingness to support the whole branch.

Qualifications

• Communication skills to enable you to work effectively as part of a team and with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment ensuring shelves are full and items in the right place.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery to customers' doors.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns.
• Supporting the shop team with checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
