Job summary

B&Q Peterborough is hiring a Night Stock Flow Team Leader to drive efficiency and safety in overnight stock operations. You will lead and develop a team, ensure stock availability, and implement improved processes to support a great customer experience.

This full-time, permanent role is 36.75 hours per week, with shifts 8.30pm–5.00am, Monday to Sunday. Competitive salary £26,945–£29,066 plus £2/hour for hours between 10pm and 5am, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Organised and analytical thinker with ability to plan and direct teams.
• Flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Night Stock Flow team to ensure stock availability and accurate replenishment.
• Drive efficiency and safety in overnight operations and implement improved processes.
• Develop and coach team members to deliver excellent service and results.
• Coordinate rotas and ensure coverage for 8.30pm–5.00am shifts across all days of the week.
