A community care organization in Burgess Hill is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care. You will monitor health needs, supervise care staff, and create personalized care plans for residents. A valid NMC Pin Registration and previous nursing experience are required. The Company

The Role
Staff Nurses play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. Responsibilities include monitoring and responding to health needs, administering medication, conducting regular assessments to ensure comfort and safety, and managing emergency situations. You will also support and supervise care staff during the night shift, fostering a positive and professional working environment, while maintaining clear communication with day staff to ensure continuity of care.
In addition, our Nurses assess, plan, implement, and evaluate each resident’s individual needs, creating personalised care plans and collaborating closely with the Care team to ensure these needs are met. You will liaise with GPs to support residents’ health and ensure medications are administered accurately. Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and homely environment is essential, alongside providing personal care that supports both the physical and mental wellbeing of each resident.
