Job summary

Care Without Compromise is seeking a Night Social Care Worker to support residents with learning disabilities, autism and related needs at our Welsh services. The role includes night shifts on a rota with weekend work and comprehensive on-site training provided by the company.

You will perform personal care, administer medications, assist with activities and follow care plans while keeping clear written records. A compassionate team player with good communication will thrive here.

Care Without Compromise, a Choice Care sister company in Wales, supports people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs. With its own clinical team, Care Without Compromise has a particular expertise in understanding and supporting individuals with challenging behaviours. Specialist therapeutic services are integrated into the day to day person-centred support offered to the people we support, enabling them to progress towards a more meaningful and enjoyable daily life.

Staff are fully trained in Positive Behavioural Support and are encouraged to develop their skills and career with the company, providing consistency and stability in the services.

Overview of the role

Key duties
