Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Wellingborough is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy distribution site (NN8 6BS). You will be loading and unloading containers, moving stock, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Full training will be provided, with MHE courses (Reach Truck, T20, Counterbalance) available. Regular night shifts, ongoing work, and opportunities to gain MHE qualifications are offered; starting from 1st September.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willing to complete MHE training.
• Warehouse experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading containers.
• Heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse.
• Keeping work areas clean and organised.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with daily operational tasks.
