Job summary

CEVA Logistics UK&I is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our London-based operations team. The role is on-site at our customer site in London NW10, with a 3-month vetting process before start date and a Monday to Friday shift from 00:00 to 08:30.

You will manage customer queries, process orders, input data accurately across systems, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end service. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum and a benefits package including holiday

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident managing customer orders, queries and requests while maintaining service levels.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and records accuracy across multiple systems.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues while supporting quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries, orders, and requests with accurate processing.
• Input, update and maintain data across systems, ensuring audit-ready records.
• Monitor service performance and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate information with internal teams to align warehouse and transport operations.
• Support quality, compliance and participate in audits as required.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
