Job summary

Impact Recruitment is seeking experienced Warehouse Order Pickers for a pharmaceutical distribution partner in Northampton NN4. Roles include AM and night shifts with temp-to-perm opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Night shift 22:00-06:00 or AM shift 06:00-14:00, pay £15.33–£25.74 per hour with breaks and overtime options. This is a long-term role within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift or LLOP/PPT required.
• Fast-paced environment with occasional heavy lifting.
• Long-term ongoing work; no students or part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Picking items for dispatch in a timely, accurate manner.
• Packaging items for dispatch to a high-quality standard.
• Using a hand scanner to ensure correct stock is dispatched to the correct customer.
• Using a pallet truck or PPT to pick heavier items from the grid.
• Using voice picking headset to be guided to locations.
• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are always met, wear Hi-Viz and S3 Safety Boots.
• Keeping your work area clean and safe.
• Strong attention to detail.
