Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Warrington is seeking a Network Primary & Non-Core First Line Manager to act as the primary customer contact, maintain strong operational control, and drive performance reporting and issue resolution.

You will lead a night-shift team Sunday to Thursday, 20:00–04:00, with a competitive salary up to £34,000 plus a night shift allowance of £2,418, and a benefits package including pension, private medical and dental insurance, life assurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance reporting and KPI management.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with warehouse and transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication to the customer regarding performance, issues, risks, and resolutions
• Provide operational insight and commentary to explain performance results, trends, and root causes to the Non-Core and Primary Manager
• Manage individual and team performance through regular feedback, coaching, and structured performance reviews
• Support and embed continuous improvement initiatives through standardisation, process review, and team involvement
