Job summary

Manpower Scotland is recruiting a Nightshift Warehouse Operative for a leading food distribution client in Kirkliston, Edinburgh. The position runs Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00, with a pay rate of £14.50 per hour and weekly pay, on a temporary basis.

Own transport is essential due to location and hours. The role involves loading/unloading, order picking, stock handling, and working in a refrigerated environment while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
• A reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work the Sunday to Thursday night shift on a regular basis.
• Own transport is essential due to the location and shift times.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Order picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• General warehouse duties, including stock handling and housekeeping.
• Working within a refrigerated environment for part of your shift.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
